On Sunday, May 10, 2026, the Impact Church family gathered for an unforgettable Mother's Day Celebration as we honored our Spiritual Mother, Pastor Deborah Dukes, and all mothers for their love, guidance, care, nurturing, sacrifice, and leadership. Centered around the theme, "Built to Nurture, Called to Lead," the day was filled with appreciation, worship, inspiration, and celebration.

The celebration began during a special Mother's Day edition of Sunday School Live with Pastor Deborah, where dynamic speakers shared heartfelt reflections on the tremendous impact of mothers and the powerful influence of our Spiritual Mother, Pastor Deborah Dukes. Through their prayers, wisdom, sacrifice, encouragement, and instruction, mothers continue to shape families, strengthen communities, and leave lasting legacies for generations to come.

When the worship service began, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and elegance as women throughout the congregation showed up in style, wearing their beautiful church hats. We experienced a high time of praise and worship. The Women's Choir went forth in ministry in a powerful way and more.

Adding even more excitement to the celebration was a vibrant Women's Fashion Show, where women showcased beautiful church hats, elegant styles, and timeless grace. The event was a joyful tribute to the beauty, confidence, and influence of godly women.

Special moments throughout the service made the day so memorable. Pastor Deborah received a beautiful flower presentation as an expression of love and appreciation from the church family. Mothers and families enjoyed capturing special memories at the elegant Queen's Chair Photo Station. A touching slideshow featuring beautiful photos of mothers highlighted the love, joy, and impact they bring to their families and communities.

One of the highlights of the day was the life-changing message delivered by Pastor Deborah Dukes entitled "Mother the House." Through powerful biblical teaching and practical wisdom, Pastor Deborah challenged and encouraged the Impact Church family to embrace God's calling to lead, and live as people who will make an impact for Jesus Christ.

While the worship service was taking place in the sanctuary, our Impact Kids, ages 3 through 5th grade, enjoyed their own exciting Mother's Day Celebration during Children's Church. Through engaging lessons and activities, the children learned about God's blessing of a mother's love and the importance of honoring and appreciating the mothers and mother figures in their lives.

Following service, the celebration continued at the Marketplace with the Mother’s Day Bakery, where members and guests enjoyed a delicious assortment of desserts, cakes, pies, gourmet cupcakes, and other sweet treats. The fellowship, laughter, and joy shared throughout the afternoon made for a perfect conclusion to a remarkable day.

It was truly a day of celebration, honor, and gratitude as we recognized the incredible women who nurture, lead, pray, sacrifice, and love so faithfully. We thank God for Pastor Deborah Dukes and all mothers whose lives continue to make a lasting Kingdom impact.
