Why the Name Change?
 
​For more than 30 years, Harvest Life Church has faithfully preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ—transforming lives, making disciples, strengthening families, developing leaders, and serving our community with a mission that reaches far beyond our local region.

We have witnessed God do extraordinary things. Souls have been saved. Lives have been changed. Families have been restored. Leaders have been raised. And through it all, God has continued to expand the reach and assignment of this ministry. Today, we honor that legacy while embracing the future God has placed before us.

Why Impact Church?

As we step into this new season, we believe that Impact Church better reflects the assignment God has given us to establish Christ Culture. Our mission is clear: To Impact the World through Christ Culture by leading people from - sin to salvation, salvation to stability, stability to success, and success to significance.
 
Just as in Genesis 32, when Jacob wrestled with the angel and his name was changed to Israel to align with his destiny, we too believe this name change positions us for the greater work ahead.
 
What This Means:
 

• The Mission Remains the Same – Our work and heart for Jesus and His people are unchanging. We will be diligent, as always, in the assignment that God has given our church.

• Our Work Is Expanding – “Impact” speaks to the effective reach that God has called us to have locally, regionally, and globally. This is our time to shift into a new level of ministry.

• A Fresh Identity for a New Season – This new name carries a prophetic declaration of momentum and transformation that we believe God will bring in this new era of our local church ministry.
