On Wednesday, February 4th at 7:00 pm, Impact Church gathered for a powerful and purpose-filled Church Business Meeting. It was a night of empowerment, celebration, and vision. The atmosphere was charged with faith as Bishop Lyle Dukes and Pastor Deborah Dukes led the church through a reflection of God’s faithfulness and a bold look ahead at what’s to come.
During the meeting, Bishop Dukes and Pastor Deborah shared the incredible Kingdom impact that has been made by Impact Church over the past year. Praise filled the room as we celebrated the many lives that were transformed - people who were baptized, gave their lives to Christ, joined Impact Church, started serving in a ministry and more. These milestones reflect the heart of Impact Church: reaching people and transforming lives through the power of Jesus Christ.
The meeting also highlighted our church’s far-reaching community impact. Through our outreach initiatives, Impact Church has provided hundreds of families with food through our Food Distribution and brought joy to hundreds of children during our Christmas Toy Distribution by providing them with Christmas toys.
Hearts stirred with praise as Bishop Dukes and Pastor Deborah shared details about our new worship center and start of full time construction in April, marking a major step forward in fulfilling the mission God has entrusted to Impact Church. This new worship center will position us to reach more lives, expand ministry, and create greater opportunities to transform our world for Christ.
In preparation for this next phase, the church was encouraged to participate in Impact Giving Day on Sunday, March 22nd at 10:00 am. This special day will allow us to sow generously into the vision of the new worship center, believing God for greater reach, greater impact, and greater transformation.
As the business meeting came to a close, God moved mightily as the congregation was ushered into a high time of praise and worship. The room filled with gratitude and glory as we lifted our voices in praise, thanking God for His goodness, faithfulness, and promises. It was a moment that reminded us that everything we do begins and ends with giving God the glory.
As we step into 2026, Impact Church stands full of faith and expectation. This year holds great promise, and we eagerly look forward to all that God is going to do through Impact Church as we continue transforming lives and impacting the world for Christ.
